Introduction

Zenoku ("we", "our", "the app") is a Sudoku puzzle game developed by Bufraz Software. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Data We Collect

Anonymous Authentication

When you first open the app, we create an anonymous account using Firebase Authentication. This generates a unique user ID to save your game progress. No personal information is required.

Optional Account Linking

You may optionally link your account with Google or Apple Sign-In. If you do, we receive your name and email address solely to enable multi-device sync and account recovery.

Game Data

We store your game statistics (completion times, scores, streaks) and settings in Firebase Firestore to enable cloud sync across devices.

Leaderboard

If you set a display name and submit scores to the leaderboard, your display name and scores are visible to other users.

Third-Party Services

Advertising

Zenoku displays interstitial and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. You can remove all ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option. AdMob may use your advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Data Retention

Your game data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data from the app's Settings screen.

Children's Privacy

Zenoku is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
